Who we are
This website belongs to Almanya Zed Pest Control, an Egyptian company providing insect and rodent control services across the governorates of Egypt. For any question about your privacy you can call us on 010 1000 3867 or reach us on WhatsApp.
What data we collect
When you fill in the booking form on this site we ask for your name and mobile number, and optionally your governorate, the type of service and any extra detail about the problem. We never ask for payment details, national ID numbers or any sensitive data.
How the data reaches us
This part matters: the site does not store your data on any server. When you press Send, it opens a WhatsApp conversation on your own device with what you typed already written into the message, and you are the one who sends it. So your data reaches us through WhatsApp like any other ordinary message, and it is also covered by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.
What we use it for
- To get back to you and agree a time for the visit.
- To understand the problem before we arrive so we bring the right treatment.
- To follow up after the service and to honour the warranty if you need it.
We do not sell or share your data with any third party for marketing purposes.
Cookies and measurement tools
The site itself sets no cookies to track you. If you reached us from a Google ad, there may be a Google Ads measurement tag recording that the visit ended in a call or a WhatsApp message. That is recorded as an aggregate number, not as a personal identity. You can control it from your Google ad settings in the browser.
How long we keep it
We keep the WhatsApp messages and your contact details for as long as we are working with you and for the length of the warranty (so we can honour it if the pest returns), and we delete them afterwards.
Your rights
Under the Egyptian Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020) you have the right to ask to see your data, to correct it, or to have it deleted. Send us a WhatsApp message or call us and we will respond as quickly as we can.
Changes to this policy
If we change anything in this policy we will update the last-updated date above. Continuing to use the site after that change means you accept the new version.
